Get the Fisho App
The Fisho app is now on Google Play — streamside catch logging, live competitions and your Fisho Factor, in a proper native app. iPhone is on its way through App Store review. In the meantime (or if you'd rather skip the install), Fisho Catch — a lightweight web app with the same core features — installs straight from your browser in a few taps.
On iPhone (Safari)
Must be done in Safari — Chrome and other browsers on iPhone can't add apps to your home screen.
- Open catchapp.fisho.nz in Safari
- Tap the Share icon in the bottom toolbar (the square with an arrow up) — if you don't see it, tap the ••• icon first, then Share
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add in the top right
On Android
The native Fisho app — get it straight from Google Play.
Prefer not to install anything?
Fisho Catch works the same way, no install required — works in Chrome, Edge, and most other Android browsers.
- Open catchapp.fisho.nz in Chrome
- Chrome will usually show an Install prompt automatically — tap it
- If it doesn't appear, tap the three-dot menu (top right) and tap Install app (or Add to Home screen)
- Confirm
Once added, Fisho Catch opens full-screen like any other app — no address bar, no browser chrome. Head to catchapp.fisho.nz to get started, or log in with your existing Fisho account.
